ROC Late Fee Calculator
Enter when a form was due and when it will be filed. The calculator applies the additional fee in the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules and shows the penalties that can follow.
How this tool works
- AOC-4 and MGT-7 attract an additional fee of ₹100 for each day of delay on each form, with no upper limit.
- DIR-3 KYC filed after its due date, or to reactivate a deactivated DIN, costs ₹5,000.
- Missing INC-20A within 180 days of incorporation exposes the company to a ₹50,000 penalty and each officer to ₹1,000 a day up to ₹1 lakh, and the Registrar can remove the company's name.
- Penalties are levied by the Registrar through adjudication and are separate from the filing fee shown here.
